Frequently Asked Questions

You asked, we answered.

How does Pricing Work ?

Matilda offers a freemium model (free access to the basic Endo-cation module, because we don't believe finances should be a barrier for evidence-based education).

The 'Tilly Tribe' Beta Trial subscription plan is currently A$9.99 per month until the end of September before it will rise to A$24.99 per month. We're offering this exclusive Beta Trial price in exchange for your feedback. Many Tilly Tribe members think it should be priced between $30 and $60 per month.

The Tilly Tribe subscription gives you access to the full suite of symptom specific, evidence-based education, community, tracking, access to classes (pelvic floor relaxation, stretch, research reviews, and more coming soon), Q&A with experts, monthly webinars, and more!

What about pricing for Matilda's group short courses?

Group short courses incur a one-off payment (we're still gaining feedback for how much, so if you'd like to be part of our co-design process, we'd love to hear from you!).

We're launching a pre and post surgery cohort soon - watch this space.

Tell me about your co-design process?

Matilda has been co-designed with people with endometriosis and specialised clinicians ensuring we create a solution that solves a 'real persons' problem.

Additionally, we're aligned with the RANZCOG Australian Clinical Practice Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of endometriosis

Do you have a refund policy?

If Matilda didn't provide you with the service you expected, reach out to us at hello@matilda.health to see how we can help. We grow on feedback from users.
